**We provide a 3-wire cord attached to the ballast / transformer inside the display case. When installing you should use a licensed electrician / installer to bring power to the display. The installer will best decide where to exit the hardwire provided (we do not provide an exit hole as we feel its best for the installer to decide the best exit point for power supply).
We offer TWO LED Lighting Options as detailed below:
TOP LIGHTING (ONE SIDE)
For this option we place an LED strip light on the top side of the interior display case. The light will shine downward onto the interior case, highlighting the contents inside.
INSIDE PERIMETER (ALL 4 SIDES).
For this option we place an LED strip light along the entire Perimeter of the interior display case. The light will shine from all 4 sides of the interior case, bringing more light intensity to the contents being displayed inside.

This outdoor letter message board features an 11 x 14 window to display changeable letter messages. The overall size of the enclosed exterior display case is larger than the viewing area.
The cabinet comes fully assembled and ready to be mounted to a wall, and perfect for numerous exterior environments such as camps, university campuses, school grounds, hiking trails, parks, zoos, botanical gardens, county fairs, restaurants, community centers, and any other location in need of an outside enclosed information board.

Unlike other natural wood-framed message boards, this 11x14 outdoor letter board is exceptionally durable with its eco-friendly faux wood construction. Unlike other exterior natural wood-framed cork boards, this message board is made from recycled plastic (polyethylene). You also have the option to leave it blank and print it yourself or get it printed from a local print or sign shop. Additionally, you can upload a B/W or Color logo or a text message in a different font or custom image for an extra charge. Weather Resistant and Made for the Outdoors. Designed with bottom cabinet WEEP HOLES to help drain any water, to help reduce moisture, and to dissipate any condensation buildup. It also has a finished back panel that adds structural integrity and a slanted roof rain shield.
Cabinet Left-Sided Hinged Door and Front CAM Lock
The single door 11" x 14" outdoor enclosed letter board features a solid continuous left-sided hinge, allowing the outdoor information board to open and close smoothly. A Front CAM Lock and Break-Resistant Clear Acrylic Window are included to protect the message display board from unwanted entry and tampering.

1 Year Limited Warranty

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use or impairs caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood or product impair resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized or improperly installed products.

Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 30% restock fee including any return shipping costs. All custom orders are non-returnable unless defective in material or workmanship. All Orders exceeding a subtotal of $2,500, or with any customizations, are deemed non-returnable.

Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.

Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
