- All text is UPPERCASE Black Helvetica lettering on a 5" white header (3" max text height).
- Check your grammar & spelling! We will print exactly what we receive.
- We will try to keep your message on one line unless otherwise specified. If we can't fit your message on one line, we will center your copy on two lines.
- Please type your header message in the Text Box when ordering.
- LEAVE HEADER BLANK (No Charge)
- Your display will ship with a blank header for you to add your message.

**We provide a 3-wire cord attached to the ballast/transformer inside the display case. ** When installing, use a licensed electrician/installer to bring power to the display. The installer will decide where to exit the hardwire provided (we do not provide an exit hole, as we feel it's best for the installer to choose the best exit point for the power supply).
IMPORTANT: When ordering LEDs, please note that the Overall Depth will change to 3 1/8 inches, and the Interior Depth will change to 1 5/8 inches.
LED Lighting Options:
TOP LIGHTING (ONE SIDE): For this option, we place an LED strip light on the top side of the interior display case. The light will shine downward onto the interior case, highlighting the contents inside.
INSIDE PERIMETER (ALL 4 SIDES): For this option, we place an LED strip light along the entire Perimeter of the interior display case. The light will shine from all 4 sides of the interior case, bringing more light intensity to the contents being displayed inside.

This 33" x 24" x 2" deep Magnetic Menu Case is built for outdoor use and can withstand typical outdoor elements. The lockable, enclosed menu case features a silicone sealant to block moisture, while weep holes at the bottom of the cabinet help drain water and reduce condensation.
A solid, continuous hinge, a sturdy cam lock, and a clear, break-resistant acrylic (Polycarbonate) window on the menu case door make this wall-mount outdoor menu cabinet ideal for busy public areas.

1 Year Limited Warranty

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The customer must return the defective product, prepaid, for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
The manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use, or impairment caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, flood, or product impairment resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear, such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized, or improperly installed products.
Please email our customer service team for an RMA (return authorization) number. We will not accept returns for warranty-related issues without this authorization.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are missing any parts or products in your shipment, notify us within 30 DAYS of receipt of the order. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned new, unused, and resalable, in their original box/packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reason other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item, we will issue a credit, less a 30% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging the return shipment to our production facility. Any customized product or order over $ 2,500 is non-returnable.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time

This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.

Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
