**We provide a 3-wire cord attached to the ballast/transformer inside the display case. When installing, you should use a licensed electrician/installer to bring power to the display. The installer will best decide where to exit the hardwire provided (we do not provide an exit hole, as we feel it is best for the installer to determine the best exit point for the power supply).

We offer TWO LED Lighting Options as detailed below:

TOP LIGHTING (ONE SIDE)
For this option, we place an LED strip light on the top side of the interior display case. The light will shine downward onto the interior case, highlighting the contents inside.

INSIDE PERIMETER (ALL 4 SIDES).
For this option, we place an LED strip light along the entire Perimeter of the interior display case. The light will shine from all four sides of the interior case, bringing more light intensity to the contents being displayed inside.

Eco-Design, All-Weather, Faux Wood Information Board Display Case
A large bulletin board, like our 48 x 36 wall-mounted outdoor message board with sliding doors, features a faux wood cabinet. It resembles real wood, but this information display board is made of eco-friendly, non-decaying, crack-resistant recycled plastic.

The exterior cabinet depth is 5 1/2 inches, while the interior display depth measures 3 3/4 inches and includes a corkboard information panel. This enclosed bulletin board is ideal for a variety of outdoor locations, including.

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.

Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.

Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use or impairs caused as a result of the following:

Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood or product impair resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
Altered, modified, misused, vandalized or improperly installed products.

Please email our customer service for a RMA # (return authorization number). No returns for warranty related issues will be accepted without such authorization.

Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item a credit will be issued less a 30% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging return shipment to our production facility. Any customized product or order exceeding $2,500 dollars is non-returnable.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time

Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Tailgate Service) ($0.00)

Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.

COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)

Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.

RESIDENTIAL Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)

*This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.

For residential locations. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Customer is responsible for moving product(s) inside of home.

Lift-Gate Freight Delivery (Commercial Lift-Gate Service)($125.00)

For commercial locations without a 48" high loading dock. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Customer is responsible for moving product(s) inside of home or business.

Special Freight Delivery (Lift-Gate & Inside Service)($300.00)

For locations without a 48" high loading dock. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved by the carrier to just inside the nearest door or entrance without any steps. May not be suitable for large items or very fragile display cases. Carrier may still need some assistance.

Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)

For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.

How is my total delivery time determined?

The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the Total Delivery Time is broken down into Lead Time to Ship and Shipping Time.

Lead Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from us or our vendors.The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.

Shipping Time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your building, office or home. The shipping time will vary depending on the service you choose.
