For customers that wish to send us a specific FONT, COLOR, or LOGO. Make sure to select CUSTOM LOGO in the Header Style dropdown when making your selections. We will contact you once the order has been received to instruct you on how to submit the HI-Res EPS File to us.

Your Free Personalized Message Header
Create an eye-catching header with our 5" high header panel. The SwingCase outdoor display case offers several header options, allowing you to customize a text message printed in Black Helvetica font, up to 3" tall, and in all caps. Best of all, we print it at no cost to you!
Promote your business, restaurant, team, school, event, community, church, or organization. You can also include header messages like "INFORMATION," "TODAY'S ACTIVITIES," or "COMMUNITY NEWS." The choice of text is yours.
Remember to keep the message brief for quick readability.
Optional Custom Headers
For an additional fee, you can request a custom header featuring your black-and-white or color logo, a graphic image, or a specific font style in black or any other color. Please send us the digital file for printing.
If you prefer, you can leave the header panel blank and print it later when the poster case with the outdoor poster display case is delivered. You can have a local print or sign shop create the printed header.

Portrait and Landscape Cabinet Sizes

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use or impairs caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood or product impair resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized or improperly installed products.
Please email our customer service for a RMA # (return authorization number). No returns for warranty related issues will be accepted without such authorization.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 30% restock fee including any return shipping costs. All custom orders are non-returnable unless defective in material or workmanship. All Orders exceeding a subtotal of $2,500, or with any customizations, are deemed non-returnable.

Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.
RESIDENTIAL Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)

Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
