Extreme WeatherPlus™ Add-ons enhance our standard outdoor display cases sold across North America. While we still offer our wide range of styles and sizes without these upgrades, some extreme locations need them to handle local weather conditions better. Below are the upgrades we include;
- Drip-Edge Roof
The thin aluminum roof has a slight bend at the end to help prevent water from entering through any possible gaps at the door or hinges when closed. The roof comes with a high-bond adhesive tape for mounting onto the top of the metal cabinet. When installing the Extreme WeatherPlus™ case, you can choose whether to add the protective roof. You can always install it later or remove it after the initial installation. - Rubber Gaskets
One of the bigger enhancements is the installed rubber gaskets placed on the inside perimeter of the door cavity. Though not waterproof or 100% water-tight, it greatly reduces the risk of water entering the case. - Side Vents
Fin Style Vents are installed on both sides of the case. This allows the upper portion of the case to release any condensation buildup and provides airflow to help maintain a clear view of the contents inside. - Additional Weep Holes
In addition to the side Fin Vents, we also provide 4 weep holes at the bottom of the case, allowing any condensation or water buildup to release easily. The bottom holes are positioned slightly in front of the backer board and then behind it, for maximum breathability. - Forbo™ Bulletin Board Backer
Offered in 15+ Colors, this bulletin board is self-healing, will not crumble, and is built to withstand most weather conditions. Forbo is made from natural, renewable raw materials. A combination of oxidized linseed oil, rosin, and finely ground cork gives this bulletin board its flexibility and resilience. This combination results in a product with exceptional durability and a sustainable footprint. Its strength and resilience make it an ideal material for pin boards, notice boards, and all other surfaces where ideas and information are exchanged.

**We provide a 3-wire cord attached to the ballast/transformer inside the display case. When installing, use a licensed electrician/installer to provide power to the display. The installer will best decide where to exit the hardwire provided (we do not provide an exit hole, as we feel it's best for the installer to decide the best exit point for the power supply).
We offer TWO LED Lighting Options as detailed below;
TOP LIGHTING (ONE SIDE)
For this option, we place an LED strip light on the top side of the interior display case. The light will shine downward onto the interior case, highlighting its contents.
INSIDE PERIMETER (ALL 4 SIDES).
For this option, we place an LED strip light along the entire Perimeter of the interior display case. The light will shine from all 4 sides of the interior case, increasing the light intensity on the contents displayed inside.
- Post Dimensions: 2" x 2" x 96" (8 Feet High)
- Posts are attached to the case through the sides. Pre-drilled holes will be provided on the posts for easy mounting of the display case.
- Posts should be secured at least 3 feet into the ground for proper support.

With thousands of message board display cases installed nationwide and numerous requests for greater weatherproofing and durability across different environments, additional design features were integrated to create a more resilient outdoor display case. The result is our Extreme WeatherPlus™ Outdoor Enclosed Bulletin Board line.

The Drip-Edge Aluminum Roof: It comes with adhesive tape for easy installation directly onto the cabinet. The slight overhang helps direct dripping water away from vulnerable areas where water could enter the case. After mounting the bulletin board cabinet, you can decide whether to add the Roof during installation.

FORBO™ Bulletin Board: This interior backer is a self-healing cork designed to withstand crumbling and to reduce water absorption and color fading from direct sunlight. This is a much-improved option over traditional cork backing. Comes in 15+ Colors.

Cabinet Side Vents: These built-in vents help reduce condensation buildup towards the top of the case.

Cabinet Weep Holes: Weep holes at the bottom of the metal cabinet help reduce and release humidity, condensation, and any water buildup that may have accumulated from trapped air.

Rubber Gaskets: Placed in the inner door cavity, these gaskets help to create a seal and mitigate most water from entering due to wind-driven rain.

Free Standing Outdoor Message Center on Metal Posts
The single-door display case is already assembled. Simply bolt the two pre-drilled, 8 ft. aluminum posts to the sides of the 3 1/8" deep exterior enclosed bulletin board cabinet. Securing the 2" x 2" x 96" posts 3 ft. into the ground will establish a stable, free-standing display case.

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use or impairs caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood or product impair resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized or improperly installed products.

Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are missing any parts or products in your shipment, we must be notified within 30 DAYS of receipt of the order. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item a credit will be issued less a 30% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging return shipment to our production facility. Any customized product or order exceeding $2,500 dollars is non-returnable.

This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.

Special Freight Delivery (Lift-Gate & Inside Service)($300.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved by the carrier to just inside the nearest door or entrance without any steps. May not be suitable for large items or very fragile display cases. Carrier may still need some assistance.
Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
How is my total delivery time determined?
The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the Total Delivery Time is broken down into Lead Time to Ship and Shipping Time.
Lead Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from us or our vendors.The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.
Shipping Time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your building, office or home. The shipping time will vary depending on the service you choose. Typically standard freight ground service will take up to 7-10 business days, but your order may arrive sooner depending where the order is being shipped from and where it's shipping to.
